Upon receipt of e-mail, an individual member of our staff will contact you within 24 hours, and sometimes within a few hours if you send your message during one of our working shifts, which are 9am to approx. 2am local Bangkok time. We are +7 GMT, or exactly 12 hours opposite U.S. Eastern Standard Time (except during U.S. daylight savings time). We are available during the mornings U.S. time, and all day European time.
